With over 24 years of hands-on experience in early childhood education, Coach Stacey B has served in multiple roles across the field, including teacher, director, and multi-center owner. Her leadership is not only rooted in experience, but in a deep understanding of what children, families, and educators truly need to thrive.

She currently serves as the Vice President of the Child Care Association of Louisiana which is the states oldest and largest advocacy association for childcare in the state of Louisiana. Coachn Stacey B is a Louisiana Pathways Certified Trainer, where she provides professional development and training to educators across the United States.

In addition to operating her own centers, she is also a business performance and mindset coach who supports childcare owners, leaders, and teachers in building stronger programs, improving workplace culture, and creating sustainable success in early education.

Coach Stacey B is a certified Life and Happiness Coach and is the voice behind the Childcare Teacher Chronicles platform, where real conversations about the childcare industry are brought to the forefront to educate, empower, and advocate for those in the field.

Her work extends beyond the classroom. She is committed to advancing the entire early childhood community by supporting not just children, but the families and educators who shape their lives every day.
